I think you aware of Version 19 adds native file loading for Solid Works as part of base license.
Unfortunately, it doesn't provide option for accuracy handling for SolidWorks Native load....

Eventually, I found out the rootcause. It was caused by digital Mouse and USB Port I/O fatal error. After change the digital mouse, the problem fixed.
