I looked for create dependent general view in the create view menu and I don't see it anywhere. Where might it be? I am using 13.01.

OK I was able to just create another general view using the same direction as the view UI had just previously created (right click in direction bar and select the previous direction numbers). However...

Bump...any answer for this? I would like to do the same, removing some parts on one view for a clearer picture. Again this is for general views.

Believe it or not if I hadn't added the create splines to my customized menu I don't even see a command to create them in my 2d menu.
So NO I am not seeing what you are. I have modeling 2005 13.01....

OK I found that only a single sheet can be saved as a dxf.
Anyway we can get all the sheets to show on one page, one above or beside the other in a single file dxf?

What ever sheet is active is what that comes up in the dxf, not all sheets. Is that the way its supposed to work? Can there be multisheet dxf files?
Kind of a pain saving each sheet individually and...

I think its an across the board problem since I saved the file under multiple formats and it imported the same way, be it dwg release 12 or whatever. Maybe its something hidden lower in the dwg but...

Importing dxf
I'm trying to import a dxf or dwg and some of the the dimensions come in at an angle.This happens in drafter or designer annotation.
Any ideas?

Steve that is not the only dimension that still moves when you update. I have found diameter dimensions to move also. Used to be radius and chamfer dimension too, but as of yet I haven't seen them...
