DXF translation to IDEAS or Pro-E

We are trying to send drawings created in Annotation (*.MI) to our customer who is using Pro-E and IDEAS. When we use the DXF or DWG translation formats, text & dimensions do not translate in the proper location and arrows are not the proper size. Does anyone have any suggestions for settings that would improve translation to Pro-E or IDEAS? We are using SD 9.1.0.15 on NT and 2000.
