Hello All,

It is time to start planning on the Creo Elements Direct discussion topics for the upcoming PTC Technical Committee meetings happening in January at PTC in Needham MA.

A few of the topics that I want to bring to the table for discussion this January are as follows:

Creo Elements Direct Modeling/Annotator - Machining Feature Redesign

Creo Elements Direct Modeling - Adding Parametric Constraints on Mate & Align Commands

Creo Elements Direct Annotator/Drafting - AMSE/ANSI Y14.5-2009 Symbol Updates and GDT functionality

Creo Elements Direct Modeling 3D Documentation - AMSE/ANSI Y14.5 -2009 and AMSE/ANSI Y14.41-2012 Symbol Updates and GDT Functionality

Combining the CoCreate Users Forum with the PTCUsers Forum

I will be working with the Product Development Managers over the next week to finialize an agenda for the meetings.

If you have any suggestions please forward them to me so I can see if they can be added to the agenda.

It might also be a good idea to start to hold a weekly telecon meeting to discuss ideas, let me know what each of you think.

Hello Barry,

Any specifics on either of these two topics or just discussions in general, at the moment the initial topics have been submitted but maybe we could squeeze something important in.

sorry for the late reply.

I guess I'd like them to demonstrate the new features in Model Manager - as far as I can recall the past two years the fellows from Germany haven't devoted any demonstration time to Model Manager.

Also, it would be good to understand the status on the migration tools that PTC says will facilitate the migration from Model Manager to Windchill...
