LISP Error: Odd Number of arguments for keywords

This morning one of my users started the OneSpace Designer and is faced with this problem:

LISP Error: Odd Number of arguments for keywords

This user is unable to start up the OSD. Anyone can help me on explaining what is this error about and how to resolve it?

Mucho thanks..

Re: LISP Error: Odd Number of arguments for keywords

Please start Designer in verbose mode to see from which file this error comes from. To do this, just add -v at the end of the target string of the shortcut from which you start Designer.
Usually this error occurs in a customize file like sd_customize. Has this user recently edited manually one of his customize files or did he upgrade the Designer version and copied over old customization files?
As soon as you know the LISP file which causes the problem, it should be easy to break down the problem. Add print statements to this file or trace LISP functions of this file to narrow down your search.

Hope this helps.

Markus
