On June 21, 2004 the 13 Regional User Group forums were consolidated into this single forum due to very low activity. See this thead/poll for details.

All of the old threads were moved to this forum and the titles were modified to follow the guideline above. Here is a list of the 13 forums which existed before the consolidation, some of which had zero posts.
