PlanetPTC Live who is all attending?

Hello All,

We are trying to decide on whether or not to go to the PlanetPTC Live 2011 show, but are not finding a lot of meat in regards to the CoCreate products or Creo Elements/Direct. So I am wondering how many forum members are planning on going and why?

I will be attending this year. While there will again be little cocreate content presented at the meeting, the future for cocreate customers as presented by PTC is very fluid right now. How smoothly and economically PTC plans to transition us over the years from legacy cocreate to core CREO is a matter that requires asking lots of questions to lots of different PTC people (at least that has been my experience...)

Hi,

We are looking to send over three folks to try to learn more about Creo and certainly anything we can relating to the future of PTC/CoCreate applications. You are right as there does not appear to be a large number of CoCreate topics but there are some key ones like the Creo Elements/Direct Roadmap and some v18 topics too.

The PTC User Technical Committee (TC) is meeting on Thursday and Friday but I get the sense there aren't too many CoCreate users signed up in the PTC/User TC.

I havent been to a PTC world event since PTC took over. I was thinking it was going to be a gross over selling event. Anyone go since the switch? Im on the technical committee for Creo Surfacing tools and Harness as I try to communicate monthly with the TC leaders and product line managers. My last conversation was on Direct and it's future. Seams bright esp as integration occurs into the parametric tools.
