Creating MasterData from Excell Data

Hello all, is it possible to create new masterdata entries from data exported from excell into model manager?

For instance My ERP program batch exports a few hundred parts with two required attributes, part number and a short description. Then model manager imports this data creating only the master data entry from these two attributes?

Model Manager does not have the functionality to read an Excel spreadsheet and create Masterdata from each row in the spreadsheet. This would require Java customization to implement this functionality. - mgb
