Phusion Engineering Solutions

Hello CoCreate User Community:

I want to introduce a new company to you: Phusion Engineering Solutions LLC

Phusion Engineering Solutions is a process and product data management solutions consulting company. Our focus is on defining and deploying simple, or lean, process and product data management solutions in support of innovative and lean product development. Today’s product development environments and processes must encourage creativity and innovation, but too often we have deployed tools and technologies that have over-controlled and stifled product development. At Phusion, we are dedicated to creativity, innovation and “lean product development”.

Paul Hamilton and Tilman Schad are the founders of Phusion Engineering Solutions. We each bring over 30 years experience in product development, CAx, PLM and collaboration. We bring with us close relationships and connections with many of the leading software and technology providers, industry leaders, and product development companies. Process consulting and solution definition for lean product development is our specialty.

For companies that use CoCreate products, Phusion Engineering Solutions can help you realize higher value from the CoCreate solutions. By focusing on the product development process and looking closely at what, how, and when product related data is created, managed, and shared/used, Phusion can help you put the right solutions in place, in a simple, yet effective way that will encourage creativity and innovation. We provide process consulting, solution definition, deployment and user training services for all CoCreate products. We also provide design and engineering services.

At Phusion our focus is not on selling software, but rather on helping our clients improve their product development process. Please give us a call or send us an e-mail if you have any questions.

Re: Phusion Engineering Solutions

Some quick updates about Phusion Engineering Solutions

We have recently become a member of the “CoCreate Partner Training Assist” program. This gives us the ability to deliver CoCreate certified product training to our customers. We offer professional training services for all of the CoCreate products and modules for new users and advanced users. We deliver this training in a variety of formats including custom on-site and web-based. Contact us for a quote or go to our web site: http://www.phusionengineering.com/Services_CoCreate.htm

Also, I recently wrote a paper on history-based vs. history-free 3D modeling. The paper was picked up by CADCAMNet. They published the paper in a 3-part series titled “A Primer on MCAD Modeling Technology”. It is now available to view free at CADCAMNet's website; http://www.cadcamnet.com. There are direct links to the articles on the right hand side of their home page under the heading of "Free CADCAMNet Articles". Check it out – feedback is appreciated.

Re: Phusion Engineering Solutions

We have just released several new web-based training courses for the CoCreate products, with all new materials. Our course catalog is at: http://www.phusionengineering.com/Training_CoCreate_Course_Catalog.htm.

We have scheduled a few of these classes for open enrollment at: http://www.phusionengineering.com/Training_Schedule.htm. It's a bit odd scheduling web-based classes for open enrollment considering the various time zones that may be involved. Ideas and comments are welcome.

We also deliver specific classes for our clients. Call if you have questions.

Paul
