WMDT Environment Variable WMDT_DIR

I have been trying to connect WorkMananger 5.15 and ME10 10.50 and keep getting the following error; can not find "WMDT Environment Variable WMDT_DIR". I have DDE Enable on. Does anyone know how to make ME10 see WorkManager?
