Conference issues?

Wouldn't it be a good idea to post questions/answers about the conference here? For example: Why has the deadline for abstracts of papers been extended?

Yes...this is the area for ALL user group issues. My guess is to why the deadline has been extended is because there are not enough presenters.....

I agree, The conference was originally organized to be a highlight or a NATIONAL meeting developed from local or regional meetings from the users. Maybe by posting these questions here, we can then use them at the conference.

The deadline was extended so we could gather additional customer presentations. This was primarily for the CAD topics. We now have a good # of both CAD and PDM customer presentations.
