Custom font extensions

Hi all,

I'm looking for cases where a customer added user-defined characters to the definition of Drafting or Modeling fonts - see the posting at http://cocreateusers.org/forum/showthread.php?p=16954#post16954 for details.

We have customized the hp_symbols font to include some special characters we use for notations.

Some of these include the center-line symbol and the split symbol used for shearing. I have included the font file and the part of the am_customize file that we use to load the special characters.

I hope this is what you were looking for.

I'll check your symbols font later, but since it is not an Asian font, it will probably work just fine even in Modeling 2007. Which doesn't mean that Asian fonts won't work in Modeling 2007; quite to the contrary - but we don't have a lot of Asian fonts which were modified by customers and would like to increase our test coverage.
