Convert (value-type :point-3d) to (value-type :point-2d)
A 3d point in two workplane,
use OSD lisp function, convert point-3d to point-2d in arbitrary workplane: What must I do? |

You'll have to project the 3D point onto the workplane. I haven't checked in a while, but the IKIT might have utility functions for this.

In the integration kit help, chapter "Geometric Inquiries" I found the function
sd-proj-pnt-on-face Another hint: (sd-inq-geo-props element :dest-space space) AFAIK element can be a 3D point, too. As dest-space may be you can use your workplane? But i fear you can't. Nothing tested.. just reading help files!
