3D PDF Format for Sharing Models

We have recently begun using the 3D PDF format for sharing our CoCreate models - and generally it works great (provided we save back to V16.0). I am curious how to make sure that our 3D Annotations also get converted into PDF format - anyone made this work? We are simply saving the PKG file and opening in Adobe Acrobat. Workplanes with construction lines come through, but we need dimensions (3D Documentation module) and Docuplanes to show.
