Information About PTC/CoCreate Modeling Personal Edition

Modeling PE (Personal Edition) is a free downloadable version of the PTC/CoCreate 3D Modeling application. It is fully functional and has no preset expiration date. However, it uses a different native file format than the purchased version so you cannot load PE files into standard Modeling or vice versa. It is also limited to 60 unique parts within a session and does not include photo-realistic rendering or translation of standard file formats such as STEP and IGES. It is intended for evaluation and personal use.

For more information see the main page and download site:

Although you are welcome to post questions here, there is a PTC/CoCreate managed forum specifically for Modeling PE. It is the only official PTC/CoCreate support channel for getting help with the Personal Edition. You may need to register and login to access this forum.
