Default drill sizes in the Part Library

We are beginning to use the Part Library extensively. It is a huge time saver.

However, I have not been able to find how to set the default clearance drill sizes to our company standard so that we can use the automatic connections.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I was able to set the default countersink and counterbore sizes to our company standard.
