Re: Model Manager won't Start
I know next to nothing about Model Manager, but if I google for this message, the hits that come up look Java-ish. For example, check out the discussion at http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=609241&messageID=3334890
Did you recently add or modify a file path specification in some configuration file, and did you use backslashes as path separators? Check out http://saloon.javaranch.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=67&t=000154 for a case where this led to said error message. Hope this helps, Claus

Re: Model Manager won't Start
Thanks Claus. I un and re installed MM with no luck. I then deleted the mm folder in my applications directory in documents and settings and that worked. I must have had a corrupt XML file.

Re: Model Manager won't Start
After further investigation I found that it was my "wmproperties.LST" that was corrupt. This file is in my documents and settings-application data-cocreate-model manager-14.00B-hotfix folder and it is automatically created each time you start MM (if it doesn't exist).

Re: Model Manager won't Start
In the past a user can't start MM whitout warnings, and deleting wmproperties.lst MM start successfully.
