.net Api?
The press release for the OSDM 2005 version mentions:
"The new Microsoft .NET API means that partners can more flexibly integrate third-party modules into Designer Modeling 2005, ultimately making more applications available to end-users." Does anyone know where I can find out more about this? I'm curious to see how it fits in with the current LISP/Integration Kit and how it relates to the other products like Drafting and Model Manager. Thanks, |

Re: .net Api?
Well, I know it's bad form to reply to one's own posting, but since no one else has said anything I thought I'd point to some preliminary info that I stumbled onto, tucked away inside the version 13.01 OSDM documentation. Have a look into the OSD_Modeling_2005\help\osdm\Common\documentation\integration_kit\dotnetapi folder and there is some info there that you may find interesting.
From the sound of it, they are making a beginning now and more will be forthcoming in this area. |
