"where used" of drawings

Hi,

Is there a way to create a macro wich will create a table with masterdatas links to a drawing (masterdatas which are in the "where used" windows of model manager) ?? and to add this table in the drawing (like a bom)
I have some drawings with many masterdatas and would like to make only one drawing for all of them.

Thanks for your answers.

May be I'm thinking a different way. But, you have N drawings and would like to make one out it, right? --- OK then: just do it!

e.g. three drawings, named A, B, C. A will be kept.. B and C removed later
  • Load drawing B, export all sheets, one by one to TEMP-dir
  • Load drawing C, export all sheets, one by one to TEMP-dir
  • Load drawing A, import all sheets stored to TEMP-dir
  • store drawing A to database.. and the 'where used' of drawing A ist fine.
  • delete old drawings B and C in database
export + import sheet, is a way to merge 2 (or more) drawings. And this method has nothing to do with ModelManager / other data base.

Re: "where used" of drawings

sorry my question was not explained enough,

i have one drawing and one 3D model links to for example 2 masterdatas (only material or color changed between both masterdatas that's why i would like to have only one drawing and one 3D model)

Then i would like to add in my drawing a sort of BOM with "where used" of drawing (in which i can see both masterdata)... with name and attributes of masterdatas. So, i will have only one drawing with his name, and a table with all masterdatas detailing their color or material.
Is it possible, that will be great !
