Someone know how to add a custom command to context menu of right button mouse when mouse is over tree parts, on left?

There's a whole section in the integration kit documentation about working with browsers.

Open Help->Documentation for Advanced Users->Integration Kit->Reference Manual
Then scroll down and click on "Browser Management"

This has a list of the functions and how to use them. The main one you'll probably want to use is sd-browser-add-popup-entry, but you may want to use some of the others as well (depending on what you want to accomplish).

This should at least get you started!
