Is there a way to use a distorted shape from DA or DI as a new part in Designer? The distorted edges at least could perhaps be used to make a new part in many cases, if they could be accessed.

The deformed shape can be exported in a report as a VRML file in a report, but this geometry is not accurate.

the distorted image is solely a graphical representation and
can only be exported as VRML as chris already mentioned.
