After the macro is loaded it will prompt you for a user name. This name should be the user name in WorkManager inside of single quotes. (Example: 'johndoe') INTRODUCTION: This macro was created for deleting a users parts during migration testing of WorkManager. ****** NOTE: A users parts and any links to parts will be deleted for good!!!!!! Only the System Administrator (medmgr) can run this macro. This way just any parts and links are not removed. COMPATABILITY: This macro has been tested uses on: HP-UX 9.xx, 10.xx WIN 95, 98, NT IMPLEMENTATION: Input file and enter 'user name'. DETAIL DESCRIPTION: This macro queries for the inputed user's parts then removes all links to parents and children. This program is setup to iterate until all parts and links with the owner being the inputed user is deleted from the database. If the program seems to be looping back around without deleting any parts, then there is a problem with some of the sleted user's parts being linked by other user. If this happens then one must cancel the macro, use the power ui to remove links manually then rerun the macro.
